| Summary, etc. | Par-delà la recherche de l’origine des difficultés, ce travail tente de se projeter dans le futur de l’entreprise en difficulté en identifiant les éléments favorables au redressement ou au rebond de l’entreprise. S’appuyant sur la théorie de la résilience des organisations, il pose la question de savoir comment le dirigeant d’une Très Petite Entreprise (TPE) parvient à rétablir une situation favorisant le rebond de l’entreprise. Privilégiant une approche qualitative, au moyen d’une étude exploratoire auprès de cinq TPE entrées en phase de redressement judiciaire et en voie de redressement, il mobilise les trois dimensions de la résilience proposées par L. Bégin et D. Chabaud, pour montrer que la flexibilité du dirigeant et sa capacité à mobiliser son capital social favorisent le rebond de l’entreprise. |

| Summary, etc. | Complementary to the analysis of VSE’s difficulties, this work tries to project itself into the future of the company in difficulty by identifying the elements favorable to its recovery or rebound. Based on the theory of business resilience, it raises the question of how the leader of a very small enterprise manages to restore a situation facilitating the business rebound. The study adopts a qualitative approach, through the exploratory study of five VSE cases that have entered the judicial recovery phase. The VSE are in the process of recovery. Mobilizing the three dimensions of resilience proposed by L. Bégin and D. Chabaud, the paper shows that the manager’s flexibility and ability to mobilize his or her social capital encourage the company to rebound. |

| Summary, etc. | Más allá del análisis de las dificultades, este trabajo trata de proyectarse en el futuro de la empresa en dificultad identificando los elementos favorables a la recuperación o al rebote de la empresa. Basándose en la teoría de la resiliencia organizacional, plantea la cuestión de cómo el gerente de una empresa muy pequeña (TPE) logra restablecer una situación que favorece el rebote de la empresa. Favoreciendo un enfoque cualitativo, a través de un estudio exploratorio de cinco casos de empresas virtuales que han entrado en la fase de liquidación y están en proceso de recuperación, y movilizando las tres dimensiones de la resiliencia propuestas por L. Bégin y D. Chabaud, demuestra que la flexibilidad del gerente y su capacidad para movilizar su capital social promueven el rebote de la empresa. |
