| Summary, etc. | Le développement de l’administration électronique, ou E-administration, a modifié depuis une vingtaine d’années, les rapports avec les administrés. Les administrations centrales comme les collectivités territoriales ont été touchées par ce phénomène. Si les avantages de l’administration électronique sont nombreux, la question du management des risques numériques qu’elle pose prend une envergure particulière au regard de la quantité de données à caractère personnel en jeu. Notre étude vise donc à mesurer le niveau réel de prise en compte, par les exécutifs locaux, de la nécessaire sécurisation de l’E-administration, ainsi que les conséquences afférentes, au travers de la seule étude de terrain menée à ce jour sur le sujet auprès de plus de 350 administrations territoriales et Établissements Publics de Coopération Intercommunale (EPCI). |

| Summary, etc. | The development of electronic administration, or e-government, has changed the relationship with citizens over the last twenty years. Both central and local governments have been affected by this phenomenon. While the benefits of e-government are numerous, the issue of managing the digital risks it poses takes on a particular significance given the amount of personal data involved. The aim of our study is therefore to measure the real extent to which local executives have taken into account the need to secure e-government, as well as the related consequences, through the only field study carried out to date on the subject, involving more than 350 local authorities and Public Establishments for Inter-municipal Cooperation (EPCI). |

| Summary, etc. | El desarrollo del gobierno electrónico, o administración electrónica, ha cambiado la relación con los ciudadanos en los últimos veinte años. Tanto las administraciones centrales como las autoridades locales se han visto afectadas por este fenómeno. Si bien las ventajas del gobierno electrónico son numerosas, la cuestión de la gestión de los riesgos digitales que plantea adquiere una importancia particular en vista de la cantidad de datos personales que entraña. Por consiguiente, nuestro estudio tiene por objeto medir el nivel real de consideración, por parte de los ejecutivos locales, de la necesidad de asegurar el gobierno electrónico, así como las consecuencias conexas, mediante el único estudio de campo realizado hasta la fecha sobre el tema con más de trescientas cincuenta administraciones territoriales y Establecimientos Públicos de Cooperación Intermunicipal (EPCI). |
