Les résultats d’une enquête menée auprès de 394 employés travaillant dans le secteur industriel tunisien et ayant des niveaux d’études différents, démontrent l’existence d’effets positifs et significatifs des différentes variables de l’étude sur la créativité des employés. En outre, l’intelligence émotionnelle peut jouer un rôle médiateur important et les employés ayant un niveau supérieur sont beaucoup plus créatifs que leurs collègues, suggérant ainsi des implications managériales en termes d’amélioration de la performance. |

Summary, etc. | The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of the transformational leadership style on employee creativity, taking into account the mediating role of emotional intelligence and educational level as a covariate. The results of a survey of 394 employees working in the Tunisian industrial sector and with different levels of study, show the existence of positive and significant effects of the various variables of the study on the creativity of employees. In addition, emotional intelligence can play an important mediating role, and higher-level employees are much more creative than their colleagues, suggesting managerial implications in terms of improving performance. |

Summary, etc. | El objetivo de este artículo es estudiar el efecto del estilo de liderazgo transformacional sobre la creatividad de los empleados, con la consideración del papel mediador de la inteligencia emocional y del nivel de escolaridad, como covariable. Los resultados de una encuesta realizada entre 394 empleados del sector industrial tunecino con diferentes niveles de estudios demuestran la existencia de efectos positivos y significativos de las diferentes variables del estudio sobre la creatividad de los empleados. Además, la inteligencia emocional puede desempeñar un papel mediador importante y los empleados con un nivel superior son mucho más creativos que sus colegas, sugiriendo así implicaciones de gestión en términos de mejora del rendimiento. |
