| Summary, etc. | À la différence d’autres disciplines universitaires les sciences de gestion, que ce soit dans les contextes anglo-saxon ou francophone, apparaissent totalement absentes de la recherche sur les groupes terroristes en tant qu’organisations. Au travers d’une étude exploratoire relative à l’État Islamique, notre article vise à mettre en évidence le fait selon lequel cette discipline dispose de toute la légitimité souhaitée pour investiguer sur ce type particulier d’organisation au travers de la mobilisation de modèles et de concepts dûment éprouvés et susceptibles d’aider à mieux comprendre leur structuration interne ainsi que leur stratégie afin d’aider à les combattre plus efficacement. |

| Summary, etc. | Unlike other academic disciplines, management science, whether in the Anglo-Saxon or Francophone contexts, appear to be totally absent from research on terrorist groups as organizations. Through an exploratory study of the Islamic State, our article aims to highlight the fact that this discipline has all the legitimacy it needs to investigate this particular type of organization through the mobilization of models and concepts that have been duly tested and are likely to help better understand their internal structuring and their strategy in order to help combat them more effectively. |

| Summary, etc. | A diferencia de otras disciplinas académicas, las ciencias de la gestión, ya sea en el contexto anglosajón o francófono, parecen estar totalmente ausentes de la investigación sobre los grupos terroristas como organizaciones. A través de un estudio exploratorio sobre el Estado Islámico, nuestro artículo pretende poner de manifiesto que esta disciplina tiene toda la legitimidad necesaria para investigar este tipo particular de organizaciones mediante la movilización de modelos y conceptos debidamente contrastados que pueden ayudar a comprender mejor su estructuración interna, así como su estrategia para ayudar a combatirlas con mayor eficacia. |
