| Summary, etc. | Le centre hospitalier intercommunal de Poissy-Saint-Germain-en-Laye a souhaité améliorer l’évaluation du parcours du patient en mettant en œuvre ce que l’on nomme actuellement l’« expérience patient ». Nous avons voulu partager cette réflexion autour d’une co-construction associant professionnels, représentants des usagers et personnes utilisant le système de soins. Ce projet a été élaboré avec les différentes directions et formalisé lors d’une formation-action accompagnée par l’Institut français de l’expérience patient. Vingt-deux personnes ont pu intégrer ce groupe et réaliser à distance les entretiens relatifs à la sortie des patients de deux parcours de soins. Ces entretiens basés sur l’écoute active ont été enrichis par leur réalisation par binôme soignant-administratif ou soignant-représentant des usagers. Cette nouvelle démarche de patient partenaire apporte un regard différent, des propositions issues des patients, centrées sur leurs besoins. Cette action collective permet de développer la culture qualité et de redonner du sens au soin par un autre regard. |

| Summary, etc. | The Poissy-Saint-Germain-en-Laye intercommunal hospital wanted to improve the patient’s journey’s evaluation by im- plementing what is currently known as «patient experience». We wanted to share our reflection around a co-construc- tion involving professionals, user representatives and people using the care system. This project was drawn up with the various departments and formalised during a training course supported by the French Institute for Patient Expérience. Twenty-two people were able to join this group and achieve remote interviews about patients discharge from two care pathways. These interviews, based on active listening, were enhanced by being carried out by two people, a caregiver and an administrator, or a caregiver and a users representative. This new patient-partner approach brings a different perspective, proposals from patients, centred on their needs. This collective action makes it possible to develop the quality culture and to give care meaning through a different perspective. |
