Summary, etc. | Le service public de l’emploi (SPE) n’échappe pas à la tendance massive à la dématérialisation des services publics. Les prestations d’accompagnement proposées par le SPE, Pôle emploi en tête, passent de plus en plus par des vecteurs numériques. Dans cet article, sont explorées les incidences de cette dématérialisation sur la réception de ces accompagnements par les demandeurs d’emploi les plus éloignés du numérique. Ces derniers en sont insatisfaits et/ou se retrouvent dans l’incapacité de se conformer aux attentes de leurs conseillers. Ils se tournent alors vers d’autres professionnels, en l’occurrence les animateurs du dispositif Mobilisation orientation vers l’emploi qui travaillent dans les quartiers prioritaires marseillais, que nous avons étudiés entre 2016 et 2021. |

Summary, etc. | The French employment public service makes no exception to the general trend of public services dematerialisation. Guidance services provided by the employment public service, in particular Pôle emploi, the French job centre, go more and more digital. This article explores how this dematerialisation impacts the reception of these services by unemployed people far remote from the digital. It demonstrates that they are unsatisfied and/or unable to conform to their councellors’ expectations. Therefore they turn to other professionals, in our case facilitators of the MOVE programme (Mobilisation Orientation towards Employment), who work in disadvantaged areas in Marseille and who were studied between 2016 and 2021. |
