| Summary, etc. | Oubliés des débats bien qu’omniprésents pour les professionnels du travail social, du soin et de la justice, les incestes commis par des mineurs génèrent des bouleversements spécifiques dans les familles françaises. Cet article est issu d’un travail en cours de thèse en anthropologie portant sur les familles faisant face à l’inceste entre mineurs et sur les reconfigurations familiales qui adviennent une fois le secret levé. Il présente deux familles dans lesquelles un enfant révèle avoir été victime d’inceste par son frère, à la suite de quoi elles font l’objet de prises en charge institutionnelles. Jusqu’alors indicible, l’inceste est raconté, répété, interprété par les membres de la famille et les professionnels. Au fil du temps et de la multiplication des contextes d’énonciation, les premiers récits discordants des auteurs et des victimes désignés de l’inceste présentent des variations : ils évoluent pendant que s’entremêlent des enjeux interpersonnels, familiaux et institutionnels. L’analyse porte sur un questionnement issu d’un terrain ethnographique au sein d’un service de protection de l’enfance spécialisé : comment restituer les expériences des mineurs auteurs d’inceste et de leur famille, lorsque la vérité apparaît comme une donnée variable, incertaine, affective, individuelle ou collective, qui suscite adhésion ou contestation, mais avec laquelle il est indispensable de composer ? |

| Summary, etc. | Incest perpetrated by minors is glaringly absent as a media concern, despite being omnipresent to social, health and judicial workers. Yet it produces specific upheavals within French families. This article results from a current doctoral research in anthropology on families facing incest between minors and on fmily reconfigurations once the secret is lifted. It presents two families in which a child reveals to have been a victim of incest by his brother, leading them to receiveinstitutional support. Previously unspeakable, incest is hereafter narrated, repeated, interpreted by professionals and by family members. With time and the multiplication of contexts of enunciation, the initially discordant accounts of the perpetrator and the victim of incest start to show variations: they evolve as interpersonal, family and institutional issues become intertwined. Here, the analysis ocuses on a question stemming from an ethnographic fieldwork in a specialised child protection service: how to render the experiences of minors who commit incest and of their families, when the truth appears as something variable, uncertain, affective, individual or collective, to which one can adhere or contest, but with which all must in any case cope? |
