| Summary, etc. | L’économie de la santé comprise comme l’organisation des différents éléments de l’ensemble, du système « santé » intègre inévitablement des questions d’ordre éthique. Ce qui concerne la santé et les soins de santé nous invite à réfléchir à ce qui « doit » ou « devrait » être. Nous adoptons ici une posture philosophique favorable à l’explicitation des enjeux éthiques liés à l’économie de la santé et nous proposons deux exemples d’intégration de considérations éthiques dans les analyses classiques d’évaluation d’interventions de santé. | Summary, etc. | Health economics understood as being the organisation of the different elements of the set, the system ‘health’ inevitably incorporates ethical issues. Regarding health and health care invites us to reflect about what ‘must’ or ‘should’ be. We adopt here a positive philosophical stance towards the clarification of ethical challenges linked to health economics and we propose two examples of integrating ethical considerations in conventional analysis of assessment of health interventions. |
