| Summary, etc. | Les principales dérives économiques du sport qui appellent une régulation internationale sont : l’indiscipline financière des clubs professionnels, les transferts internationaux des joueurs mineurs de 18 ans, les matchs truqués qui sous-tendent les paris sportifs frauduleux et le dopage. Cet article propose de nouvelles règles de lutte contre le dopage s’appuyant sur un protocole d’auto-déclaration par les athlètes des substances qu’ils prennent et sur une lourde sanction (exclusion à vie) s’ils trichent par rapport à leur propre déclaration. Pour réduire la masse croissante des paris sportifs en ligne frauduleux dans le monde, il est suggéré d’introduire une taxe « Sportbettobin » mondiale progressive sur les gains des parieurs, dont le taux augmente avec le montant des gains. |

| Summary, etc. | Difficulties with economical supranational regulation: proposals of new solutionsThe main sports economics’ abuses that call for international regulation are the following: the lack of financial discipline of professional clubs, the international transfers of minors, the match-fixing issue stemming from fraudulent sports betting and doping. This article proposes a new set of anti-doping rules based on the self-declaration of substances used by athletes and on a harsh sanction (lifetime suspension) in the event of non-compliance with the declaration. In order to reduce the increasing mass of fraudulent sports online betting in the world, the introduction of a progressive “Sportbettobin” tax on winnings is recommended, which rate would increase with the winnings’ amount.
