| Summary, etc. | Résumé Pour réaliser leur tâche primaire, les groupes professionnels ont à se préserver des contagions inhérentes à la fréquentation de l’archaïque : la confusion et le clivage. Ils sont dès lors dans la double nécessité d’être régulièrement restaurés dans leurs différences et de s’éprouver dans une confiance et une sécurité suffisante. Ces dynamiques sont corrélées à leurs propres mouvements de reconnaissance à l’égard des référents institutionnels. La configuration psychique de ces groupes procède à partir des identifications imaginaires que sous-tendent les fantasmes. La prise en compte de ces scénarios permet une sortie de la violence et ouvre à la possibilité de rencontre avec les « usagers ». Ces perspectives sont développées à partir d’une intervention en institution – la crise ayant précipité un moment de confusion entre les professionnels et le public accueilli. |

| Summary, etc. | In order to carry out their primary task, professional bodies have to safeguard themselves from contagions inherent to encountering the archaic: confusion and division. From then on, they have to be doubly and regulary restored into their differences and to be felt to be in sufficient confidence and security. These dynamics are correlated to specific acts of recognition as regards to the institutional referents. The psychic configuration of these groups proceeds from imaginary identifications, underlying fantasies. Taking these patterns into account enables violence to be released and opens up a possible encounter with the « users ». These perspectives are developed on the base of an intervention in the institution-the crisis having precipitated a time of confusion between professionals and the public users. |

Están desde ya, en la doble necesidad de ser restaurados con frecuencia en sus diferencias y de sentirse en una confianza y una seguridad constantes. Estas dinámicas están correlacionadas a sus poprios movimientos de reconocimiento hacia los referentes institucionales. La configuración psiquica de esos grupos procede a partir de las identificaciones imaginarias que se apoyan sobre los fantasmas. La toma en consideración de esos escenarios permite una salida de la violencia y abre hacia la posibilidad de un encuentro con los « usuarios ». Estas perspectiva son desarrolladas a partir de une intervención en institución - la crisis habiendo precipitado un momento de confusión entre los profesionales y el publico acogido. |
