| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa reformulation métapsychologique du rêve consiste à dégager et explorer la représentation implicite que le rêveur se fait de son monde interne. En inversant le sens du vecteur projectif, elle remonte de chaque image du rêve vers l’instance interne correspondante. Elle transforme les contenus en contenants. Elle donne accès à une représentation distanciée des instances internes et de leurs conflits. Elle assouplit la barrière cs/ics. Elle révèle l’insight inconscient. Nous illustrons l’impact de cette méthode par le récit des rêves et l’effet de leur reformulation dans la thérapie familiale brève d’une adolescente suicidaire. Cette reformulation permet, en rétablissant rapidement les fondations narcissiques et transnarcissiques, de diminuer les risques suicidaires et dissociatifs, de remanier les défenses, tout en favorisant l’acceptation du processus d’individuation par la famille.Elle ne fait qu’émettre des hypothèses sur ce que le sujet a inconsciemment au bout de la langue. Elle permet, ainsi, sans risques, une plus grande utilisation des capacités mythopoïétiques de l’analyste, tout en soulignant et réactivant celles du sujet et de la famille. Dans ce sens, la reformulation métapsychologique pourrait être une reformulation mythopoïétique. |

| Summary, etc. | The metapsychologic reformulation of the dream consists to bring out and explore the implicit representation that the dreamer is doing of his internal world. By reversing the direction of the projective vector, it goes up from each image of the dream towards the corresponding internal agency. It transforms the contents in containers. It gives access to a distanced representation of the internal agencies and their conflicts. It softens the barrier cs/ics. It reveals the unconscious insight. We illustrate the impact of this method by the account of the dreams and the effect of their reformulation in a short family therapy of a suicidal teenager. This reformulation allows, by restoring the narcissistic and trans-narcissistic foundations quickly, to decrease the suicidal and dissociative risks, to reshape defenses, while supporting the acceptance of the process of individuation by the family. It does nothing but put forth assumptions on what the subject unconsciously has on the tip of his tongue. It allows, thus, without risks, a greater use of the mythopoetic capacities of the analyst, while underlining and reactivating those of the subject and the family. In this meaning the metapsychologic reformulation might be a mythopoetic reformulation. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa reformulación meta-psicologica del sueño consiste en poner en evidencia, y en explorar la representación implícita que el soñador se hace de su mundo interno. Al invertir el sentido del vector proyectivo, sube de cada imagen del sueño hacia la instancia interna correspondiente. Transforma los contenidos en contenentes. Da acceso a una representación distanciada de las instancias internas y de sus conflictos. Hace mas flexible la barrera Cs/ics. Revela el insight inconsciente. Ilustramos el impacto de este método por el relato de los sueños y el efecto de su reformulación en la terapia familiar breve de una adolescente suicida. Esta reformulación permite, restableciendo rápidamente las fundaciones narcisistas y trans-narcisistas, disminuir los riesgos suicidas y disociativos, para formar de nuevo las defensas, favoreciendo al mismo tiempo la aceptación del proceso de individuación por la familia. No hace más que emitir hipótesis sobre lo que el paciente tiene inconscientemente en la punta de la lengua. Permite, así, sin riesgos, una utilización mejor de las capacidades mitopoeticas del analista, mientràs que subraya y reactiva los del paciente y de la familia. En este sentido, la reformulación meta-psicologica podría ser una reformulación mitopoetica. |
