| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe caractère étayant de l’institution comme institution active de significations s’efface aujourd’hui derrière les exigences excessives de normalisation des comportements et de la pensée. Cette réduction de l’institutionnel au profit d’un fonctionnel opératoire affecte, de façon préoccupante, les formes de régulation des rapports sociaux jusque dans les organisations éducatives et de soin. L’auteur propose une clinique institutionnelle pour qualifier une intervention où le travail d’élaboration qui s’effectue dans des groupes de parole se prolonge par des rencontres intergroupes, permettant aux différents acteurs sociaux d’affronter la conflictualisation des tensions engendrées par ce trop de pression qui pèse sur l’ensemble. |

| Summary, etc. | The supportive character of institutions as active institutions of meanings, fades behind the excessive requirements of normalization of behaviours and of thought today. This reduction of institutions, for the benefit of functional efficiency, affects in a worrisome way the forms of regulation of the social relationships, including in educational and care organizations. The author proposes a clinical approach towards institutions, i.e. a form on intervention where the working-through process accomplished in talking-groups is pursued in inter-group encounters. In such a way, the different social actors are able to face the conflictualisation of the tensions engendered by the excessive pressure in the situation as a whole. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEl carácter segurizante de la institución como institución activa de significaciones se esta perdiendo hoy en día tras las exigencias normalizadoras del comportamiento y del pensamiento.Esta reducción de lo institucional en provecho de un funcionamiento orientado a la eficiencia, afecta de manera preocupante las formas de regulación de las relaciones sociales, viéndose afectadas entre ellas, las organizaciones educativas y de la salud.El autor propone una clínica institucional ; se trata de una intervención donde el trabajo de elaboración, se efectúa a través de grupos de palabras que incluyen reencuentros intergrupos. Con ello se permite a los diferentes actores sociales afrontar la conflictualización de tensiones producidas por las presiones que afectan al entorno. |
