| Summary, etc. | RésuméRencontre clinique dans une consultation de quartier difficile avec une famille africaine en souffrance, dont deux enfants sont maltraités. Soutenus par la contenance d’un travail en réseau avec les partenaires interlocuteurs des enfants, nous choisirons d’abord d’essayer mettre en place un travail psychique. Ce travail se poursuit dans des conditions limites, limites quant au cadre, limites car les responsables de la protection de l’enfance ne prennent pas en compte la souffrance des enfants.Mais l’élaboration groupale se construit, des changements internes et un réinvestissement de leur histoire se produisent, permettant aux enfants le tissage de liens symboliques.La question se pose de manière récurrente dans ce type de clinique familiale difficile d’être complices de la maltraitance ou de permettre une élaboration psychique suffisante pour que la famille soit à l’initiative d’une séparation. |

| Summary, etc. | A clinical encounter, held in an office in a difficult neighborhood, with a suffering African family in which two children are being mistreated. Supported by the presence of a network of partners who have been in contact with the children, we chose to try and begin psychological work. This work was undertaken in rudimentary conditions, in a rudimentary setting and limited by the fact that those responsible for child protection do not take into account children’s suffering.But nonetheless the group’s work began, and internal changes and renewed involvement in their own family story occurred, enabling the children to create symbolic links. The question continually arises in this type of clinical work with difficult families of whether we are becoming party to the mistreatment, or are rather enabling psychological development sufficient for the family to initiate separation. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEncuentro clínico en una consulta de barrio difícil con una familia africana en sufrimiento, en la que dos niños son maltratados. Sostenidos por la contenencia de un trabajo en red con les actores interlocutores de los niños, elegimos primero intentar iniciar un trabajo psíquico.Este trabajo se persigue en des condiciones límites, límites en cuanto al marco, límites ya que los responsables de la protección de la infancia no toman en cuenta el sufrimiento de los niños.Pero la elaboración grupal se construye, unos cambios internos y vuelven a investir su historia, permitiendo el tejido de lazos simbólicos. El problema se plantea de manera recurrente en este tipo de clínica familiar : es difícil ser cómplices del maltrato o permitir una elaboración psíquica suficiente para que la familia sea la iniciadora de una separación. |
