| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir du matériel issu de séances d’un groupe de régulation en hôpital psychiatrique, est soumise l’hypothèse d’une expression de violence provoquée par les ressentis d’effraction narcissique et d’attaque de l’identité liés au sentiment d’indifférenciation. Dans les institutions de soins psychiques, l’emboîtement institution-groupe psychothérapique entraînerait la diffusion de cette expression violente dans les groupes de psychothérapie psychanalytique : dans des groupes de psychodrame en service psychiatrique, les participants proposent fréquemment, lors des premières séances, des thèmes exprimant violemment un sentiment d’indifférenciation qui cédera avec la distinction progressive groupe psychothérapique et collectivité institutionnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | On the basis of material gleaned from group therapy sessions in a psychiatric hospital setting, the hypothesis is put forward that feelings of narcissistic injury and of attack on personal identity, stemming from a sense of lack of differentiation, may cause expressions of violence. In psychiatric institutions, the interlocking of institution and psychotherapy group may cause a spreading of violent expression in psychoanalytic psychotherapy groups. On psychiatric wards, participants in psychodrama groups often suggest themes violently expressing a sense of lack of differentiation in early sessions, though the frequency of such themes diminishes as the psychotherapy group is gradually distinguished from the institutional community. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenA partir del material obtenido de sesiones de un grupo de regulación en hospital psiquiátrico, está sometida la hipótesis de una expresión de violencia provocada por los resentidos de efracción narcisistas y de ataques de la identidad vinculada al sentimiento de no diferenciación.En las instituciones de cuidados psíquicos el encaje institución-grupo psicoterápica llevaría la difusión de esta expresión violente en los grupos de psicoterapia sicoanalítica : en grupos de psicodrama en servicio psiquiátrico, los participantes proponen con frecuencia, durante las primeras sesiones, temas exprimiendo con violencia un sentimiento de no diferenciación que cederá con la distinción progresiva grupo psicoterápica y colectividad institucional. |
