| Summary, etc. | L’auteur part des éléments constitutifs de la mise en place de groupes thérapeutiques, notamment depuis les axiomes de la psychothérapie institutionnelle, pour interroger l’espace groupal. La pensée du dispositif, issue des expériences des équipes et des cadres psychiques de soignants, contribue à l’élaboration de séquences spatio-temporelles dans les groupes, dont deux exemples sont ici présentés. La nécessité de porter son attention sur les éléments du cadre, dans les commencements du groupe, doit s’effacer petit à petit pour que les écarts et l’investissement d’autres propositions de l’enfant puissent être entendus par le psychologue dans le registre du transfert individuel. |

| Summary, etc. | On the virtue of the forgotten frameThe author takes as his starting-point the constitutive elements involved in setting up therapeutic groups, with particular reference to the axioms of institutional psychotherapy, to examine the notion of group space. Reflections on the setting, arising from the experiences of the teams of carers and their psychic structures, contribute to the elaboration of spatio-temporal sequences in groups, two examples of which are presented here. The initial necessity of paying attention to the elements of the frame in the initial stages of the group gradually diminishes so that the child’s deviations from the frame and investment of other propositions can be heard by the psychologist in the register of the individual transference. |
