| Summary, etc. | Le traitement des patients présentant des maladies psychosomatiques et/ou souffrant de crises de panique est souvent difficile. Ils ont des antécédents de traitements médicaux, de manifestations corporelles et, de plus, ils présentent une intense souffrance psychique. L’association libre se trouve, chez eux, entravée par des vécus traumatiques durant la période précoce de la constitution psychique. Leur préconscient en a été affecté, les liens entre inconscient et conscient sont interrompus. Nous avons décidé d’aborder le traitement psychothérapeutique par le groupe à médiation Photolangage® parce qu’il permet de déployer une scène à travers la chaîne associative groupale et la diffraction du transfert, processus décrits par R. Kaës. |

| Summary, etc. | Photolanguage® groups with psychosomatic patients and patients suffering from panic attacksThe treatment of patients presenting psychosomatic illnesses and/or suffering from panic attacks is often difficult. They have antecedents of medical treatment, bodily manifestations, and, what’s more, they present intense psychic suffering. Free association is impeded by traumatic experiences that occurred during the early stages of their psychic constitution. Their preconscious has been affected and the links between the unconscious and the conscious have been interrupted. We have decided to approach the psychotherapeutic treatment with the help of a Photolanguage® mediation group because it permits a scene to unfold through the group associative chain and the diffraction of the transference, processes described by R. Kaës. |

Tienen antecedentes de tratamientos medicales, de manifestaciones corporales y, presentan un intenso sufrimiento psíquico. La asociación libre se ve impedida par vividos traumáticos durante el período precoz de la constitución psíquica. Su preconsciente fue afectado, los lazos entre inconsciente y consciente son interrumpidos. Decidimos abordar le tratamiento psicoterapéutico par le grupo de mediación Photolangage © por lo que permite de desplegar une escena a través la cadena e asociativa grupal y la difracción de la transferencia, procesos descritos par R. Kaës. |
