| Summary, etc. | L’objet de cet article est de présenter deux aspects de l’intervention dans les institutions de soin. En premier lieu, le cadre et l’esprit qui fondent un travail de « régulation d’une équipe institutionnelle ». En second lieu, sont exposées deux problématiques institutionnelles qui sont sous-jacentes à la plupart des difficultés : l’articulation entre l’individuel et le collectif et l’importance de la fonction tierce dans la vie de l’institution. Quelques situations sont exposées, montrant la place de l’intervenant et les éléments sur lesquels reposent ses interventions. |

| Summary, etc. | “Second thoughts” concerning interventions in healthcare establishmentsThe purpose of this article is to present two aspects of intervention in healthcare establishments. First, the setting and the spirit which underlie the task of “regulating an institutional team”. Second, two institutional issues are presented which are subjacent to most of the difficulties : the articulation between the individual and the collective and the importance of the third function in the life of the institution. Some situations are presented showing the place of the intervener and the elements on which his or her interventions are based. |

| Summary, etc. | « Observaciones » En cuanto unas intervenciones en estructuras de terapiaEste artículo presenta dos aspectos de la intervención en las instituciones de terapias. En primer lugar, el marco y el espíritu que fundan un trabajo de « regulación de un equipo institucional ». En segundo lugar, sont expuestas dos problemáticas institucionales que son subyacente a la mayoría de las dificultades : la articulación entre lo individual y lo colectivo y la importancia de la función tercera en la vida de la institución. Algunas situaciones expuestas, muestran el sitio de quien interviene y los elementos sobre los cuales se apoyan sus intervenciones. |
