| Summary, etc. | Cette réflexion porte sur la prise en charge de l’enfance maltraitée et sur la façon dont elle a muté et évolué en fonction du relief sociétal. La discussion met en relation la violence ordinaire, inhérente à l’institution et à l’être ensemble, avec la violence pathologique, observée dans certaines familles. Ainsi, la problématique de la violence familiale au sein de l’institution est envisagée dans sa relation à l’emprise, articulée aux effets désubjectivants et désorganisants observés dans la prise en charge.La réforme de la protection de l’enfance, sans annihiler le bien-fondé de repenser l’action, semble aussi constituer une réponse au symptôme de la violence familiale, à la désorganisation et à l’impasse psychique à laquelle est confrontée l’institution. C’est en ce sens que notre réflexion a tenté d’éclairer l’impact désorganisant de la violence familiale et la façon dont la groupalité pouvait constituer une alternative étayante. |

| Summary, etc. | Varied perspectives on child protection : institutions faced with the dilemma of family violenceThis reflection is concerned with the provision of care for mistreated children and the way it has changed and evolved in relation to the social landscape . The discussion makes links between the ordinary violence inherent to the institution and being together with the pathological violence observed in certain families. Thus the problem of family violence within the institution is envisaged in its relation to mastery (Ferrant, 2006) articulated with the desubjectivising and disorganising effects observed in the provision of care.The reform of child protection, without annihilating the justification for rethinking child protection, also seems to constitute a response to the symptom of family violence, to the disorganisation and state of psychic impasse with which the institution is confronted. It is from this perspective that we have tried to elucidate the disorganising impact of family violence and the way in which group work could constitute a supportive alternative. |

| Summary, etc. | Miradas cruzadas sobre la protección de la infancia : las instituciones frente al dilema de la violencia familiarEsta reflexión estudia la toma en carga de la infancia maltratada y la manera como cambió y evoluciona en función del relieve de la sociedad. La discusión pone en relación la violencia ordinaria, propia de la institución y a el estar juntos, con la violencia patológica, observada en ciertas familias. Así, la problemática de la violencia familiar en medio de la institución es observada en su relación a la influencia (Ferrant, 2006), articulada a los efectos alienantes y desorganizadores observados en la toma en carga.La reforma de la protección de la infancia, sin anihilar lo bien-fundado de repensar la acción, parece también constituir una repuesta al síntoma de la violencia familiar, a la desorganización y al estancamiento psíquico a la cual está confrontada la institución. Es en este sentido como nuestra reflexión intento aclarar el impacto desorganizador de la violencia familiar y la manera como la grupalidad podía constituir una alternativa constructiva. |
