| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose de partager les réflexions menées autour de la mise en place d’un atelier d’écriture au sein d’une institution géronto-psychiatrique spécialisée dans l’accueil de patients atteints de maladie d’Alzheimer et de démences apparentées au stade sévère, présentant de lourds troubles du comportement. Inscrit dans un projet global d’approche non médicamenteuse, l’atelier répondait à une indication d’apaisement des troubles du comportement. Conjuguant les vertus de l’écriture et du groupe, les séances d’atelier nous ont permis d’observer empiriquement un retranchement important des comportements perturbateurs. À partir de séquences cliniques élaborées dans le transfert, nous dégagerons les enjeux processuels à l’œuvre dans le travail d’écriture au sein des groupes de patients déments, notamment en termes de contenance. Nous montrerons que l’écriture présente une efficience particulière, celle de déplacer l’investissement pulsionnel qui parasite le corps, vers le texte écrit. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this article is to share reflections on the setting up of a writing mediation group within a geronto-psychiatric institution specialised in caring for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and severe dementia who present major behavioural disorders. The mediation group, which is part of a global project of a non-drug approach, was a response to an indication for calming behavioural disorders. Combining the virtues of writing and of the group, the mediation group sessions enabled us to observe empirically a considerable reduction in disturbing forms of behaviour. On the basis of clinical sequences elaborated in the transference, I will identify the processual issues involved in the work of writing within a group of demented patients, notably in terms of the capacity for containing. I will show that writing is particularly effective in displacing the drive investment that parasites the body towards the written text. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo propone compartir las reflexiones llevadas a cerca del inicio de un taller de escritura dentro de de una institución geronto-psiquiatrico especializadas en la acogida de pacientes enfermos de Alzheimer y de demencias aparentadas al estadio severo, con graves perturbaciones de comportamiento. Inscrito en un proyecto global de enfoque sin medicamentos el taller contestaba a una indicación de apaciguamiento de las perturbaciones del comportamiento. Conjugando las virtudes de la escritura y del grupo, las sesiones de taller nos permitieron observar empíricamente una continencia y baja importante de los comportamientos perturbadores. A partir de secuencias clínicas elaboradas en la transferencia, destacaremos las puestas de procesos que operan en el trabajo de escritura dentro de los grupos de pacientes dementes, y específicamente en términos de continencia. Mostraremos que la escritura presenta une eficiencia particular, la de desplazar la carga impulsiva que parásita el cuerpo, hacia el texto escrito. |
