| Summary, etc. | Ce texte tente de mettre à jour les particularités théorico-cliniques d’une doxa psychanalytique gardée par des institutions internationales qui semblent s’entêter à maintenir intacte une conception datée de la psychanalyse, centrée sur l’analyse de la névrose et du transfert. Les progrès considérables que la psychanalyse a permis dans la prise en charge de nombreuses affections ainsi que la centration sur l’axe transféro/contre-transférentiel, les nombreuses médiations et techniques qui ont fait leur preuve, ne parviennent pas à modifier les prescriptions de la doxa, malgré la lumineuse clarté de la clinique qui interroge ses conventions. L’auteur essaie de montrer, à partir du travail avec des patients en deuxième analyse, ce que la doxa cherche à maintenir dans l’ombre, le contexte historique, culturel et politique dans lesquels vivent les patients. Pour maintenir cette idéologie, la doxa impose une supposée neutralité aux professionnels et des conventions étrangères à la dynamique de la clinique. C’est ainsi que se pérennise aussi un entre-soi. |

| Summary, etc. | This text attempts to draw out the theoretical and clinical particularities of a psychoanalytic doxa protected by international institutions, which seem to insist stubbornly on maintaining intact an outdated conception of psychoanalysis centred on the analysis of neurosis and the transference. Notwithstanding the considerable progress that psychoanalysis has permitted in the treatment of numerous illnesses, the focus on the transference/countertransference axis, and the many mediations and techniques that have proved their worth, these have not succeeded in modifying the prescriptions of the doxa, despite the luminous clarity of clinical practice which questions its conventions. The author tries to show, on the basis of her work with patients doing a second analysis, what the doxa seeks to keep in the shadows − namely, the historical, cultural and political context in which the patients live. To maintain this ideology, the doxa imposes a supposed neutrality on professionals and conventions that are foreign to the dynamics of clinical work. This is also how a “closed” community is perpetuated. |

| Summary, etc. | Este texto intenta actualizar las particularidades teórico-clínicas de un dogma psicoanalítico conservado por las instituciones internacionales que parecen empeñarse en mantener intacta una vieja concepción del psicoanálisis, centrada en el análisis de la neurosis y de la transferencia. Los progresos considerables que la psicología ha permitido en el tratamiento de numerosos sufrimientos así como en la focalización sobre el eje tranfero/contra-transferencial, las numerosas mediaciones y técnicas que han demostrado su eficacia, no logran modificar las prescripciones del dogma, a pesar de la luminosa claridad de la clínica que interroga sus convenciones. El autor intenta mostrar, a partir del trabajo con pacientes en segundo análisis, lo que el dogma busca mantener en la sombra, el contexto histórico, cultural y político en el que viven los pacientes. Para mantener esta ideología, el dogma impone una supuesta neutralidad a los profesionales y a las convenciones extranjeras a la dinámica de la clínica. De esta manera se perenniza también uno otro diferente de sí mismo. |
