| Summary, etc. | Notre expérience clinique au sein d’un foyer d’accueil et d’hébergement d’urgence nous a permis d’observer que le trauma des enfants accueillis laisse des traces bruyantes ou insidieuses au sein de l’habitat institutionnel. Ces enfants aux forces pulsionnelles destructrices attaquent autant le groupe des soignants que les murs de l’institution. En parallèle, le groupe de professionnels peut en venir à fonctionner en miroir de la population accueillie. Dans ce cadre, le phénomène groupal vient mettre en exergue un phénomène de co-excitation exacerbée, devenant très vite difficile à contenir. La souffrance des enfants qui devient par contamination aussi celle de l’institution, traduit un inconscient groupal en perte de contenance. Il amène le besoin urgent pour le clinicien de restaurer les contenants abîmés. La proposition de recours à un outil de médiation innovant dénommé « l’institution merveilleuse » pourrait ainsi intervenir comme une aide à la relance de la fonction thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | Our clinical experience in an emergency shelter has helped us to see that the trauma of the children admitted leaves noisy or insidious traces within the institutional environment. These children with destructive instinctual drive forces attack both the group of carers and the walls of the institution. In parallel, the group of professionals may end up functioning as a mirror of the population receiving shelter. In this context, the group phenomenon highlights a phenomenon of exacerbated co-excitation, which very soon becomes difficult to contain. The suffering of the children also becomes that of the institution, due to contamination, and is translated by a group unconscious that loses its containing capacity. The clinician is then faced with an urgent need to restore the damaged contents. The proposition of resorting to an innovative tool of mediation called the “marvellous institution” might then serve as a support for getting the therapeutic function going again. |

| Summary, etc. | Nuestra experiencia clínica en un hogar de acogida y alojamiento de emergencia nos ha permitido observar que el trauma de los niños recibidos deja huellas ruidosas o insidiosas dentro del hábitat institucional. Estos niños con fuerzas instintivas destructivas atacan tanto al grupo de profesionales de salud como a los muros de la institución. Al mismo tiempo, el grupo de profesionales puede llegar a funcionar como espejo de la población acogida. En este contexto, el fenómeno grupal viene a poner de relieve un fenómeno de excitación conjunta exacerbada, que rápidamente se vuelve imposible de contener. El sufrimiento de los niños, que por contaminación se convierte también en el de la institución, refleja un inconsciente grupal en pérdida de contenencia. Provoca la urgente necesidad de que el clínico restaure los contenedores dañados. La propuesta de utilizar una herramienta de mediación innovadora llamada “la institución maravillosa” podría intervenir como una ayuda para reactivar la función terapéutica. |
