| Summary, etc. | La consultation transculturelle du chu de Bordeaux accueille des jeunes femmes migrantes, mineures, avec leur nouveau-né. Nous explorons en quoi nos soins de groupe pluridisciplinaire, avec une méthodologie complémentariste, utilisant de façon non simultanée la psychanalyse et l’anthropologie, sont susceptibles de les accompagner dans leur maternité naissante en tenant compte de leur jeunesse, de leur exil précaire et de leur solitude. Grâce à une situation clinique d’une jeune femme venant de l’Afrique de l’Ouest, ayant conçu une fille suite à une relation incestueuse avec son beau-père, nous analysons comment les dispositifs groupaux de psychothérapie et d’un atelier « Accueil du nouveau-né », permettent de l’accompagner par la psychothérapie transculturelle et l’observation fine des interactions mère-bébé. Le but est de restaurer une aire d’illusion dans la dyade et de perlaborer le deuil maternel de la jeune femme. |

| Summary, etc. | The transcultural consultation of the University hospital of Bordeaux welcomes young migrant women, who are minors, with their newborn baby. We explore how our multidisciplinary group care, with a complementary methodology, drawing on psychoanalysis and anthropology non- simultaneously, is capable of supporting them in their emerging maternity by taking into account their youth, their precarious exile and their solitude. With reference to a clinical situation of a young woman from West Africa who had conceived a girl following an incestuous relationship with her step-father, we analyse how the group settings of psychotherapy and of a workshop “Welcoming the newborn baby” helped to support her through transcultural psychotherapy and the close observation of the mother-baby interactions. The aim is to restore an area of illusion in the dyad and to work through the maternal mourning of the young woman. |

| Summary, etc. | La consulta transcultural del Hospital de Burdeos acoge a mujeres jóvenes migrantes, menores de edad, con su hijo recién nacido. Exploramos cómo nuestra atención grupal multidisciplinaria, con una metodología complementaria, utilizando el psicoanálisis y la antropología de manera no simultánea, es susceptible de acompañarlas en su nueva maternidad, teniendo en cuenta su juventud, su exilio precario y su soledad. Gracias a una situación clínica de una joven de África Occidental, que concibió una hija a causa de una relación incestuosa con su padrastro, analizamos cómo la psicoterapia de grupo y un taller de “Acogida del recién nacido” nos permiten acompañarla a través de la psicoterapia transcultural y la observación minuciosa de las interacciones madre-bebé. El objetivo es restablecer un espacio de ilusión en la díada y elaborar el duelo materno de la joven. |
