| Summary, etc. | À partir d’un récit clinique centré sur trois situations cliniques distinctes, cet article aborde les effets du trauma, dans des équipes des institutions de la mésinscription, durant la période de confinement et de déconfinement. Sont dégagées et analysées des formes, les figurations groupales et individuelles qu’ont générées les différentes angoisses, les différents conflits et fantasmes mobilisés par les ruptures de continuité dans les cadres et métacadres garantissant l’exécution de la tâche primaire. L’analyse s’attache à mettre en tension ce qui se joue au niveau groupal du travail d’élaboration des équipes pour reconstituer leur enveloppe groupale, avec ce qui se joue concomitamment pour les sujets, à savoir les vacillements identitaires, l’urgence identificatoire convoquée au temps où l’équipe se sépare, et l’urgence « réidentificatoire » lors de la reconstitution en présence des équipes soignantes, ou éducatives. |

| Summary, etc. | Drawing on a clinical narrative centred on three distinct clinical situations, this article discusses the effects of the trauma, in the teams of the institutions of a “failure of socialization” ( mésinscription) during the period of lockdown and then the lifting of the lockdown measures. The author identifies and analyses the group and individual figurations that were generated by the different anxieties, and the different conflicts and fantasies mobilized by the ruptures of continuity in the frameworks and metaframeworks guaranteeing the execution of the primary task. The analysis seeks to bring into tension what is being played out at the group level of the elaborative work of the teams in order to reconstitute their group envelope with what is being played out concomitantly for the subjects, that is to say, vacillations of identity, identificatory urgency elicited at a time when the team is separating, and the “reidentificatory” urgency during the reconstitution in the presence of care or educational teams. |

Se identifican y analizan las formas, las figuraciones grupales e individuales que generaron diferentes angustias, conflictos y fantasías movilizadas por las rupturas de continuidad en los marcos y meta-marcos que garantizan el desempeño de la tarea primaria. El análisis intenta poner en tensión lo que se juega a nivel grupal del trabajo de elaboración de los equipos para reconstituir su envoltura grupal, con lo que se juega concomitantemente para los sujetos, es decir, las vacilaciones de identidad, la urgencia identificación convocada en el momento en que el equipo se separa, y la urgencia de “re-identificación” durante la reconstitución en presencia de los equipos de atención o educación. |
