| Summary, etc. | Cet article expose un traitement de la destructivité dans une institution pour des sujets présentant une tendance antisociale radicale. Il montre comment, dans un temps de crise du cadre institutionnel, les conflits entre identifications d’appartenance et identifications héroïques présents chez des jeunes présentant une intense tendance antisociale se sont infiltrés dans les liens entre les professionnels et ont engendré une destructivité radicale. Après une analyse de la crise, il montre comment les différents acteurs ont engagé un travail qui a permis de sortir de liens de vengeance généralisée. Il révèle enfin les apports à la compréhension de crises institutionnelles liées aux difficultés intrinsèques du travail mais aussi celles générées par les défaillances des instances de tutelles garantes du bon fonctionnement de ces institutions. Il propose des pistes de traitement de ces crises sans occulter les difficultés inhérentes à l’élaboration de la position professionnelle et éthique de chacun dans ces situations. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents ways of dealing with destructiveness in an institution for subjects with a radical antisocial tendency. It shows how, in a time of crisis of the institutional setting, the conflicts between identifications of belonging and heroic identifications present in young people with an intense antisocial tendency have infiltrated the links between professionals and generated a radical destructiveness. After analysing the crisis, it shows how the various actors engaged in efforts to overcome the ties of generalized vengeance. Finally, it reveals the contributions made to understanding institutional crises linked to the intrinsic difficulties of work, but also those generated by the failures of the supervisory bodies that guarantee the proper functioning of these institutions. It proposes ways of dealing with these crises without concealing the difficulties inherent to elaborating the professional and ethical position of each person in these situations. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo presenta un tratamiento de la destructividad en una institución para sujetos con una tendencia antisocial radical. Muestra cómo, en un momento de crisis del marco institucional, los conflictos entre identificaciones de pertenencia e identificaciones heroicas presentes en jóvenes con una intensa tendencia antisocial se infiltraron en los vínculos entre profesionales y generaron una destructividad radical. Tras un análisis de la crisis, muestra cómo los distintos actores llevaron a cabo un trabajo que permitió salir de los vínculos de la venganza generalizada. Por último, revela las aportaciones a la comprensión de las crisis institucionales vinculadas a las dificultades intrínsecas del trabajo, pero también las generadas por los fallos de los organismos de supervisión que garantizan el buen funcionamiento de estas instituciones. Propone formas de abordar estas crisis sin ocultar las dificultades inherentes a la elaboración de la posición profesional y ética de cada persona en estas situaciones. |
