| Summary, etc. | Si les recherches restent nécessaires en vue d’améliorer les connaissances et les pratiques cliniques, à travers cet article, des chercheures montrent que leurs mises en œuvre au sein d’un groupe institutionnel relèvent souvent d’un véritable défi. En effet, si la mise en place d’une recherche exploratoire au sein d’une institution médico-sociale peut témoigner en premier abord d’un dynamisme groupal ambiant, le risque de la prise de connaissance des résultats engendre bien souvent des résistances, en lien avec une mise sous protection de l’idéologie institutionnelle. Le travail de recherche se voit ainsi entravé, voire empêché. Un travail initial d’analyse du fonctionnement de base institutionnel (idéologie - hypothèse sur la nature du pacte dénégatif - contrat narcissique des professionnels, nature des alliances inconscientes entre professionnels et chercheurs, transfert de la problématique accueillie) s’avère ainsi précieux, cela dans un double objectif : celui d’une recherche menée à terme, mais aussi celui de préserver l’homéostasie groupale pour favoriser un processus de changement. |

| Summary, etc. | While research is still necessary to improve clinical knowledge and practices, this article shows that implementing it within an institutional group is often a real challenge. Indeed, although the implementation of exploratory research within a medico-social institution may at first sight reflect an ambient group dynamism, the risk of becoming aware of the results very often generates resistance, linked to the protection of institutional ideology. The research work is thus hindered or even prevented. An initial analysis of the basic institutional functioning (ideology – hypothesis concerning the nature of the negative pact – narcissistic contract of the professionals, nature of the unconscious alliances between professionals and researchers, transference of the problem in question) proves to be invaluable, with two aims: one, of completing a research project, and the other of preserving the group homeostasis in order to favour a process of change. |

| Summary, etc. | Si bien la investigación sigue siendo necesaria para mejorar los conocimientos y la práctica clínica, este artículo muestra que su aplicación en el seno de un grupo institucional constituye a menudo un verdadero desafío. Aunque la introducción de la investigación exploratoria en el seno de una institución médico-social puede reflejar a primera vista un dinamismo de grupo ambiental, el riesgo de tomar conciencia de los resultados genera muy a menudo resistencias, ligadas a una ideología institucional protectora. Un primer análisis del funcionamiento básico de la institución (ideología - hipótesis sobre la naturaleza del pacto de negación - contrato narcisista de los profesionales, naturaleza de las alianzas inconscientes entre profesionales e investigadores, transferencia de la problemática afrontada) resulta inestimable, con un doble objetivo: garantizar la finalización de la investigación, pero también preservar la homeostasis del grupo para favorecer un proceso de cambio. |
