Summary, etc. Les auteurs de cet article s’intéressent à certains enjeux groupaux de la formation à l’analyse de groupe et d’institution. Ils explicitent d’abord la logique du dispositif de formation de l’association Transition, organisé sur un trépied :  expérience personnelle – supervision – théorie. Ils interrogent ensuite l’analyse de certaines modalités de transfert (entendu au sens large) et de résonance dans les dispositifs de formation, ainsi que la mise au travail des arrière-fonds institutionnels dans leur dimension d’héritage et de métacadre. Enfin, en s’engageant dans une écriture à plusieurs, les auteurs remarquent l’importance des actions collectives dans le monde contemporain.

Summary, etc. The authors of this article look at some of the group issues involved in training in group and institutional analysis. They begin by explaining the logic behind the training set-up of the Transition Association, which is based on a tripod of personal experience, supervision and theory. They then examine the analysis of certain forms of transference (understood in the broad sense) and resonance in training set-ups, as well as the implications of institutional backgrounds concerning issues of inheritance and their function as meta-frameworks. Finally, by engaging in collaborative writing, the authors highlight the importance of collective action in the contemporary world.

Summary, etc. Los autores de este artículo examinan algunas de las cuestiones de grupo que plantea la formación en análisis de grupos e instituciones. En primer lugar, explican la lógica del dispositivo de formación de la asociación Transition, que se basa en un triple enfoque: experiencia personal - supervisión - teoría. A continuación, examinan el análisis de ciertas formas de transferencia (entendida en sentido amplio) y de resonancia en los sistemas de formación, así como el funcionamiento de los bagajes institucionales en sus dimensiones de herencia y metamarco. Por último, mediante la escritura colaborativa, los autores ponen de relieve la importancia de la acción colectiva en el mundo contemporáneo.
