Le but de cet article est de mettre en évidence l’intérêt, l’originalité et la portée de la position qu’adopte Serge-Christophe Kolm (2005) vis-à-vis de ce concept. Le démembrement de la propriété de soi est, en effet, l’une de ses propositions majeures, tant par elle-même, que par les conséquences qu’elle a en termes de redistribution des revenus et d’égalisation des libertés individuelles de choix. |

This article discusses the relevance, the originality, and the scope of Serge-Christophe Kolm’s original position (2005) regarding this key concept.
