| Summary, etc. | The conventionalist thought of the environment faces a central problem : the lack of an ecological order of worth that obeys to the same grammar as the six others. This article suggests a way in order to overcome this problem : considering environmentalism, not as an alternative order of worth, but as a criticism of capitalism. In this prospect, the theoretical bases and the main historical characteristics of the ecological criticism are analysed. |
