Summary, etc. | La méthode dite du « perspectivisme pronominal » analyse les problèmes éthiques selon les différents points de vue qui s’y expriment, et qui peuvent être rapportés à la logique des pronoms personnels : Je, Tu, Il, etc. L’éthique n’est plus alors à comprendre comme un catalogue de règles à appliquer, mais comme une pratique de médiation entre les différents points de vue qui sont amenés à s’exprimer, sur fond de valeurs partagées. La médiation assure ainsi par elle-même une certaine qualité éthique aux relations interpersonnelles. Notre texte soumet la méthode, l’éthique du perspectivisme, à l’épreuve des réalités de l’entreprise, telles que nous l’avons vécue. |
