| Summary, etc. | L’article s’appuie sur une revue de la littérature et sur une étude exploratoire portant sur les stratégies en matière de Responsabilité Sociale de l’Organisation (RSO)1 mises en œuvre au sein de deux écoles de management françaises. Tant l’analyse de la littérature que notre première étude exploratoire suggèrent qu’une stratégie de soutenabilité ne se réduit pas à l’introduction de cours et de diplômes dans les programmes, mais a des implications sur les approches pédagogiques, sur le développement de compétences et l’acculturation au management responsable, ainsi que sur le management stratégique et opérationnel de l’école. |

| Summary, etc. | The paper draws on a literature review and on an exploratory survey on the strategies of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), implemented in two French Business Schools. Both the analysis of the literature and our first exploratory survey tend to show that a sustainability strategy is not limited to the introduction of courses and diplomas in the programs, but has implications on the pedagogical approaches, on the development of competences and the acculturation to responsible management, as well as on the strategic and operational management of the school. |
