Les conditions de l’accouchement sont également plus difficiles avec plus de césariennes et d’échecs de l’analgésie péridurale. Une organisation spécifique au sein des réseaux périnataux doit permettre une prise en charge optimale de ces patientes, en particulier en cas d’obésité morbide. |
