Il est possible d’abaisser le niveau d’exposition aux polluants afin de protéger la santé des plus fragiles, mais une démarche de prévention en santé environnementale ne peut se limiter à une démarche d’information. Une véritable démarche d’accompagnement est souvent nécessaire pour mettre en place de nouveaux comportements. La dimension psychosociale de ces changements est souvent sous-estimée par les acteurs de l’environnement et de la santé. Nesting et MA Maison MA Santé répondent de manière appropriée à ces enjeux. |

| Summary, etc. | The impact of pollutants in our indoor environment on our health is now recognized by international health authorities. It is possible to reduce the exposure level to pollutants in order to protect the health of the most vulnerable, but a prevention approach in environmental health cannot be limited only to information. A real approach of support is often necessary to set up new behaviour. The psychosocial dimension of these changes is often underestimated by environment and health stakeholders.
