| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse généralement à l’étude de l’orientation entrepreneuriale internationale (OEI) du dirigeant comme déterminant de la rapidité du processus de l’internationalisation des PME de petite taille. Il s’agit aussi de mettre l’accent sur le rôle clef joué par l’adoption des stratégies de niche et de réseautage, afin que cette ouverture précoce rencontre le succès escompté.En étudiant un échantillon de 51 dirigeants de PME à internationalisation rapide moyennant la méthode des équations structurelles, les résultats montrent que l’OEI du dirigeant a un effet indirect sur la rapidité de l’internationalisation via les deux variables : la stratégie de niche et la mobilisation des réseaux du dirigeant. |
