Summary, etc. SUMMARY NGOs Communication : Are States to be Concerned ? Governments frequently complain that their international and diplomatic agenda is partially determined by Non-Governmental Organisations’ (NGOs) priorities and the media pressure that usually goes along with it. However, is there a general NGOs agenda towards governments ? Or even a media-related NGOs pressure ? On the other hand, NGOs communication campaigns, initially intended to fund raising, tend more and more to supervise journalists and the information they convey. Could it be said then that NGOs have established a favourable media framework related to their priorities ?
