Summary, etc. | L’entreprise dite libérée promeut l’idéal d’une gestion démocratique de l’entreprise, mais recouvre une multitude de formes d’organisation du travail. Dans cet article, nous proposons de caractériser l’entreprise libérée au regard de la littérature du design organisationnel. Au terme d’une revue de la littérature de modèles majeurs de design organisationnel ainsi que d’une revue de la littérature professionnelle sur la libération des entreprises, nous proposons une grille de lecture diagnostique. Nous appliquons ensuite la grille de lecture développée au cas de Pocheco, une entreprise libérée, afin de caractériser le design organisationnel de l’entreprise libérée. |

Summary, etc. | Corporate liberation: a diagnostical approach through organizational designThe so-called liberated company promotes the ideal of democratic management but entails multiple forms of work organization. In this article, we propose to characterize the liberated company in light of the organizational design literature. After a review of scientific literature about the main organizational design models, and professional literature about corporate liberation, we propose a diagnostic interpretative framework. Afterwards we apply this framework to Pocheco, a liberated company, in order to characterize the liberated company organizational design. |
