| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de présenter de manière détaillée la méthodologie mise en œuvre lors d’une recherche ethnographique menée au sein d’une compagnie d’arpentage. Le but de cette recherche est d’analyser et de comprendre comment une « manière de voir » organisationnelle est constituée interactionnelle et partagée afin de soutenir la production d’expertise. Pour illustrer notre approche, nous utilisons la métaphore du « zooming in/out » (Nicolini 2009, 2013) pour discuter du double mouvement de « zoom avant » sur les détails de l’accomplissement des activités quotidiennes (via des enregistrements vidéo des interactions) et de « zoom arrière », mouvement par lequel nous élargissons la portée des observations en suivant les agencements sociotechniques. |

| Summary, etc. | A microethnographic and multi-situated approach to organizationsIn this paper, we present an organizational ethnography conducted in a firm of land surveyors. The aim of this research is to analyze and understand how an organizational “way of seeing” is interactionally constituted and shared as a means to sustain the production of expertise. To illustrate our approach, we use the metaphor of the "zooming in/out" (Nicolini, 2009, 2013) to discuss the double movement of zoom in on the details of the accomplishment of the daily activities (video recordings of the interactions) and zoom out by following socio-technical agencements (movement through which we expand the scope of the observation). |
