| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de comportements dysfonctionnels, en les resituant dans leur contexte d’occurrence : l’équipe ou le collectif. Plus précisément, nous étudions les processus sociaux qui aboutissent à ce que des équipes puissent être traversées par des dysfonctionnements comportementaux et relationnels qui conduisent à les considérer en situation de risques psychosociaux. Ces risques sont abordés sous un prisme résolument sociologique, en mettant en évidence leur processus de construction, qui est un processus social, et en proposant de les traiter collectivement par des interventions centrées sur les régulations sociales. Une étude de cas, construite dans une posture de recherche-intervention, permet d’analyser de l’intérieur ces processus sociaux et de proposer des pistes pour une intervention systémique et « centrée régulation » sur les situations de risques psychosociaux. |

| Summary, etc. | When dysfunctional behaviors become a significant collective issue. Political and regulationist analysis of psychosocial risks. The purpose of this article consists in investigating dysfunctional behaviors, regarding their context of occurrence : the team or the group. Specifically, we study the social processes at work within teams concerned by behavioral and relational dysfunctions that lead to consider them in situation of psychosocial risks. These risks are addressed in a decidedly sociological prism, highlighting their construction process, which is a social process, and proposing to deal collectively with interventions focused on social regulations. A case study, designed on the basis of an experience of intervention research, allows analysis from within these social processes and propose ways for systemic and « regulation-focused » intervention on psychosocial risk situations. |
