Summary, etc. | Alors que différents indicateurs de flexibilité/sécurité d’emploi ont été proposés dans la littérature, très peu d’études empiriques interrogent les besoins des travailleurs. Dès lors, avec pour objectif de mieux comprendre comment flexibilité au travail et sécurité d’emploi sont complémentaires pour l’emploi décent, cette étude a pour objectif la mise en évidence des besoins des travailleurs en ces termes. Pour ce faire, soixante entretiens ont été réalisés dans douze entreprises belges. Les résultats montrent : (a) la complémentarité entre flexibilité/sécurité et qualité d’emploi, (b) les besoins des travailleurs en flexibilité/sécurité et (c) une homogénéité dans les besoins quel que soit le genre ou le statut. |

Summary, etc. | Constructing an exploratory methodology regarding to the workers’ needsWhile a lot of studies have already highlighted some indicators of work flexibility/employment security, few empirical studies have taken the workers’ needs into account. Therefore, the aim of this study is to better understand how work flexibility and employment security may be complementary in order to define a good job, by highlighting the workers’ needs in these terms. To this end, we carried out sixty interviews in twelve Belgian’s organizations. Results show : (a) the complementarity of work flexibility/employment security and employment quality, (b) the workers’ needs in terms of flexibility/security and (c) an homogeneity concerning the needs, regarding to the gender or the status. |
