| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe phénomène coaching, au sein de la nébuleuse des pratiques d’accompagnement, semble vouloir s’installer dans les entreprises et devenir plus qu’une nouvelle mode de management Pourtant cette pratique commence seulement à faire l’objet d’investigations plus ou moins précises de la part de la communauté scientifique gestionnaire, alors que les discours des praticiens sont légions. La recherche ici menée, pour disposer d’un matériau stabilisé, opère sur le corpus textuel que constitue la sélection des 44 ouvrages affichant la thématique coaching et édités en langue française sur la période 1992-2003. Une analyse bibliométrique menée à partir des références mobilisées au fil du texte permet d’identifier sept familles de références clés pour le coaching. |

| Summary, etc. | Amongst the numerous existing mentoring models that have been developed, it seems that coaching has largely been spreading within companies and has become more than just a new management trend. Yet, specific researches on coaching are just beginning to be carried out by the scientific management community, while practioners have been amply lecturing on the issue. In order to obtain a stabilised material, we have focused the following research on a textual corpus made up of 44 books on coaching published in French between 1992 and 2003. A bibliometric analysis based on the references found in the works has led to the identification of seven coaching key reference families. |
