Goleman avec un succès significatif, en même temps que se développaient les recherches sur le rôle et les fonctions de l’émotion dans différents domaines des Sciences de Gestion. La conceptualisation de la notion d’intelligence émotionnelle mérite de bénéficier de fondements solides. Une connaissance approfondie de la notion d’émotion nous permet de la repositionner dans l’ensemble de la recherche en gestion. |

| Summary, etc. | Contemporary research about the role and significance of emotions has been increasing in differents fields of business administration; at the same time, Goleman’s research about Emotional Intelligence has been succesfully acknowledged. Since our viewpoint, his conceptualisation is weak. A deeper undernstanding of the concept of emotion should replace his propositions and could replace the Emotional Intelligence concept in the research in business administration. |
