| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans le cadre de la théorie de Weick, nous étudions comment les acteurs d’une organisation, insérés dans des systèmes d’interaction, produisent de façon collective des significations partagées de la mise en œuvre de la démarche qualité. Notre étude de cas consiste en deux enquêtes menées dans une structure médico-sociale accueillant des personnes dépendantes. La première, basée sur un « générateur de nom » a été conduite en vue de renseigner sur la structure des communications relatives à la qualité. Deux semaines plus tard, des entretiens approfondis et non directifs ont été menés pour mettre au jour les significations de la qualité. L’étude montre que le processus d’intersubjectivité a suscité des perceptions plus complexes et plus diversifiées que celles résultant du mécanisme de subjectivité générique. |

| Summary, etc. | Within the framework of Weick’s theory, we study how the organizational actors, involved in interaction systems, produce in a collective way shared meanings of the implementation of the quality management. Our case study consists in two surveys conducted in a special school for handicaped people. The first one, which was based on a “name generator”, was administred in order to provide informations about how the communications among the actors relative to quality management are structured. Two weeks later, unstructured and depth interviews were carried out to uncover the meanings of the quality management. This research showed that the process of intersubjectivity resulted in more complexe and more diversified perceptions of the quality management than the perceptions produced by the generic subjectivity. |
