| Summary, etc. | RésuméQu’est-ce qui pousse de jeunes professionnels diplômés ès sciences de gestion, qui disposent de possibilités professionnelles plus sécuritaires et qui choisissent la voie de la création d’entreprise ? Cette étude qualitative empirico inductive, menée avec la Grounded Theory sur un champ de 606 écrits professionnels collectés par un observatoire disposant de 2030 récits d’expériences début 2007, permet d’avancer l’hypothèse qu’il s’agit d’un processus d’émergence de représentations particulières qualifiées d’entrepreneuriales. L’étude décrit les différents stades de l’émergence et met à jour la configuration favorable : la présence simultanée d’une rupture émotionnelle entre le sujet et son espérance professionnelle et d’un lien passionnel avec certaines ressources qui ouvrent une fenêtre pour un projet de création. |

| Summary, etc. | Why do Phds in Management Sciences decide to create their company although they could embrace a vast number of more securing professional careers? We carried out a qualitative empirico-inductive Grounded Theory-based analysis of 606 professional related experiences. These accounts were collected from an observatory gathering, at early 2007, 2030 professional experience accounts. This analysis has enabled us to bring the following hypothesis forward – a process of emerging specific entrepreneurial mental representations. The different stages of the process have been described, bringing out the factors that favour entrepreneurship – the simultaneous experience of the subject undergoing an emotional break towards his professional expectations and developing a passionate link with resources leading to project creation. |
