| Summary, etc. | RésuméCette communication décrit le management comme l’émergence d’une forme sociale, qui s’exacerbe dans l’ensemble de la société. L’éducation des futurs managers commence au cours de la formation initiale. L’orientation des enseignements a des incidences sur l’évolution future du métier de manager. A une période où la formation des managers est de plus en plus cruciale pour le développement des entreprises, une étude menée auprès de 36 managers de 30 à 70 ans évoluant dans le secteur privé montre les lacunes des formations initiales lors des premières prises de fonction. Les institutions éducatives focalisées sur la conquête de part de marché semblent se concentrer sur les techniques de gestion plutôt que sur la dimension humaine, confondant formation au management et formation des managers. Cette contribution essaye de répondre à la question suivante : quelle place faire aux sciences humaines et sociales dans la formation des futurs managers ? |

| Summary, etc. | This article describes management as a social form sharpening in the whole society. Future manager’s education begin in initial education. Teaching orientation has an impact future job manager evolution. At a time where management training is more and more crucial for company development, a survey carried out with 36 managers from 30 years old to 70, working in private sector, shows education deficiency at the moment of taking in charge management role. Educational institution focuses toward market growth ant seems to concentrate in management tools and technics instead of human concern, mistaking management training and managers training. These contribution try to answer the question: wich place to assign social and human sciences in the future manager training? |
