L’objectif de cette recherche est de proposer une représentation d’ensemble du process reengineering des entreprises socialement responsables et une typologie des résistances au changement suscitées par cette reconfiguration. La recherche est organisée en deux séquences, respectivement exploratoire et confirmatoire. La méthodologie appliquée est de nature socio-compréhensive et de type hypothético-déductif. |
