Il n’y aurait plus qu’à réaliser les conditions objectives d’une équité effective entre les sexes. Ceci est rien moins que certain : la problématique elle-même des relations entre les "genres" est loin d’être clairement identifiée et reconnue. C’est à une interrogation fondamentale des sexualités qu’il faut procéder pour approcher de manière efficace la gestion des genres au sein des organisations et des entreprises en particulier. Sexualité et Mondialisation œuvre à une telle identification et reconnaissance. |

This actually sounds wrong : the very genders problematic is still to be identified and recognized.
