Summary, etc. RésuméDans le conseil en management, l’intervention s’applique à des contextes très différents, concourt à des finalités diverses, porte sur des thèmes variés et emprunte à plusieurs disciplines (psychologie sociale, sociologie, sciences de gestion). En réponse à cette diversité, les orientations qui traversent ce champ sont donc multiples. Nous commencerons par en rendre compte, en proposant une typologie des formes du conseil. Puis, nous centrant sur un type de conseil qui vise la conduite et la facilitation d’évolutions, le « coaching d’organisation », nous exposerons les principes qui lui sont liées dans une perspective systémique. Pour illustrer notre propos, nous poursuivrons en nous appuyant sur une étude de cas. Nous conclurons en mettant en évidence les apports, mais aussi les interrogations suscitées par la mise en œuvre du coaching d’organisation.

Summary, etc. Team coachingManagement consulting intervenes in different contexts, contributes to achieving a variety of objectives, focuses on many different themes and borrows from a number of disciplines (e.g. social psychology, sociology, management). In response to this diversity, the guidelines that seek to clarify the profession are equally manifold. This study takes account of this by proposing a typology of forms of consulting. It then focuses on one type of consulting, organisation coaching, which is concerned with strategic management and facilitating change. The study outlines the principles which underpin this in a systemic approach. To illustrate this, the study continues by building on a case study. We conclude by highlighting the advantages of, but also the questions raised by, the implementation of organizational coaching.
