Summary, etc. | En tant que chercheurs en Sciences de Gestion nous voulons explorer une nouvelle pratique qui tend à se développer en France : le don de jours de RTT (réduction de temps de travail) entre salariés. Dans un tel contexte, la recherche engagée vise à clarifier la pratique et à tenter de valider son intégration comme champ expérimental en sciences de gestion. Notre contribution souhaite analyser le don de RTT entre salariés non comme une action ponctuelle quasi philanthropique mais comme un véritable outil de réflexion en termes d’apprentissage et de désapprentissage organisationnel. |

Summary, etc. | Unlearning to give and to shareAs researchers in management we want to explore a new practice still little spread in France: the gift of RTT (Working Time Reduction Days) between employees. In this way the committed research aims to explain the practice and tries to validate its integration as a sciences management experimental field. Our contribution implies to analyze the gift of RTT between employees not as a philanthropic action but as a real axis of organizational learning and unlearning. |
