Summary, etc. | Cet article présente la méthode d’action learning inventée par Revans, puis perfectionnée et formalisée principalement par les travaux de Marquardt. Cette méthode d’intelligence collective s’avère très efficace et opérationnelle dans des organisations diverses. Elle est de plus en plus utilisée dans le monde anglo-saxon mais aussi aujourd’hui dans plusieurs pays asiatiques. Paradoxalement elle est très peu connue en France. Parmi ses nombreux intérêts, elle a le mérite de constituer une démarche alternative et innovante par rapport aux schémas managériaux hiérarchiques traditionnels. Sa pratique fondée sur une réflexion et un apprentissage collectifs en petit groupe, permet de désapprendre les réflexes hiérarchiques et de beaucoup mieux mobiliser le potentiel humain de l’organisation. Aussi apparaît-elle comme une intéressante réponse aux aspirations de moins de hiérarchie d’un nombre croissant de salariés, notamment des jeunes générations. |

This collective intelligence method appears as very operational and powerful in various organisational settings. It is today more and more practiced not only in the anglo-saxon world but also in Asian countries.Among its many benefits, we emphasize the way this method offers an alternative approach to the traditional hierarchical management. It brings about both a new way of collective reflection and learning with small groups. Its process allows a much better valorization of the whole human potential. So it appears as a very good answer to a growing number of employees, especially from the younger generation, that criticizes the traditional hierarchical management. |
