Summary, etc. | Le but de ce papier est de comprendre combien il est complexe de gérer une politique diversité pour un responsable diversité. En nous appuyant sur l’étude de cas du groupe Crédit Agricole S.A., nous souhaitons montrer que la diversité place le responsable dans une situation où il découvre l’entière réalité de son sujet et la difficulté de le rationaliser : la diversité est insaisissable pour nos pensées. Au travers d’un dialogue, nous pouvons voir le sentiment de contradiction que cela engendre. Il doit circonscrire un sujet qui par essence ne doit pas être rationalisé sous peine de le perdre. |

Summary, etc. | Be responsible for diversity in a large organizationThe aim of this paper is to make us understand how complicated it is to successfully run a diversity politic for a diversity manager. Relying on the case study of the company Credit Agricole S.A., we want to demonstrate that the diversity places the diversity manager in a situation where he can only discover how much this subject is way more difficult to rationalize that he might have consider : diversity escapes our thoughts. Through a dialogue, we can see the conflicting feelings that this leads. The diversity manager must define precisely a subject which, by nature, shouldn’t be rationalized at the risk of losing it. |
