Summary, etc. Ce texte a pour ambition de mettre en relation compétence communicative et désapprendre organisationnel. En effet, la notion de participation dans les communautés de pratique joue un rôle de conflit sociocognitif. Ce conflit engendre une sorte de déstabilisation des connaissances et le désapprendre qui autorise alors l’intégration de changements techniques ou organisationnels de ces communautés. La compétence communicative sert alors de levier de désapprentissage à travers le discours et à la construction d’un sens commun. Les individus se construisent alors l’illusion d’une complétude informationnelle dépendante d’un déroulement qu’ils « savent » logique puisque socialement construit. Une ellipse informationnelle forme ainsi, un raccourci de la pensée qui ne nuit pas à l’intelligibilité de l’ensemble et allège la situation.

The communicative skill while leveraging of unlearning through discourse and the construction of a common sense. The individuals build themselves then the illusion of an informative comprehensiveness dependent on a progress which they “know” logical because socially built. An informational ellipse so forms, a shortcut of the thought which does not affect the intelligibility of all and alleviates the situation.
